This cultural and trekking tour of Bhutan encompasses all of what the country is best known for. Day 01
Arrive to Paro

The flight into Paro on the national carrier Druk Air, the only Airline of Bhutan. . Upon arrival you will be met by your guide and transferred to hotel at Paro.Alt:7,364ft. After lunch visit national museum and Rimpung Dzong (fort) and walk pass old wooden Cantilever bridge and stop at Paro market, overnight at Hotel.

Day 02
Paro – Thimphu

Morning short drive to Paro's upper valley, on a clear day you'll have an unforgettable view of the sacred Mt.Chomolhari at 23,640 ft. Afterward, it's a short drive to trail head. Hike to Taksang Monastery (Tiger's Nest) the most famous monastery in Bhutan. Taksang so named because Guru Rinpoche reportedly flew to the site on the back of a flying tiger early 8th century. Between blue pines and a blue sky, the monastery perches miraculously on a cliff nearly 2,700 feet above Paro's valley floor. Drive for 1 hr through peaceful countryside to Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. It's a small charming capital city sheltered in the heart of the Himalayas. Alt' 7,493ft. Over night at Hotel.

Day 03
Thimphu - Punakha

This morning you will start the day by visiting the National memorial chorten (shrine) a monument dedicated to the 3rd king. Visit Traditional Painting School for Bhutan's 13 traditional Arts and crafts, Visit handicraft emporium, Changzamtok weaving center, National animal Takin. And on the way stop at traditional paper factory. After Lunch start your drive to Punakha through a forest of pine and hemlock, festooned with hanging lichens high up Dochula pass /Alt:10142ft, this pass offers panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain ranges, as we descend along a series of curve road to the fertile valley of Punakha / Alt: 4430ft. Before proceeding further to Punakha town, we will take a short 45 Minutes walk to Chimi Lakhang a temple on a small hill top. This temple is dedicated to the great yogi in 14th century known as Drukpa Kuenly or popularly known as "Divine Madman" Over night at Punakha.

Day 04
Punakha – Phubjikha

4 to 5 hrs / 145 km. We start early to view the majestic Punakha Dzong (fortress) situated between the two rivers Pho Chu and Mo Chu (male and female river) you will see great Cormorants , White bellied heron, crested Kingfisher and Ducks, After visit continue your fabulous drive to the central valleys of Bhutan through the breath taking beauty of Bhutan's rich flora and fauna, crossing the Wangdi Dzong (fortress) we than climb steadily passing through semi-tropical vegetation and up to Lawala pass, Where you can see Yaks grazing on Dwarf bamboo, drop down to Phubjikha valley. The magnificent Goenpa (monastery) dominates the valley. The winter home of Black-necked Cranes. Over night at Phubjikha.

Day 05
Phubjikha – Bumthang

Early morning go to spot Black-necked cranes by their roosting ground. After breakfast Start your drive to Bumthang through Pele la Pass at 11046 ft., When you enter Trongsa valley, the huge fortress of Trongsa Dzong makes you wonder if you will ever reach it. After Lunch visit the Dzong .Continuing on our journey, the road rises rapidly up to Yotong La pass at 11,200 feet, Enjoy the colorful, quiet peace of the pass with its many prayer flags fluttering in the breeze. Stop at Zungney village, where we should see many weavers with their scarves tied on their heads in the Bumthang style, weaving woolen Yathra on pedal looms as well as back strap looms. Bumthang is the general name given to a complex of four valleys-Chumey, Choekhor, Tang and Ura. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06
Bumthang Sightseeing

Chokhor valley is the holiest of four valleys and many Bhutanese from all over the country visit here on pilgrimage to pay their respects. Today, take a short drives to initiate walks around Chokhor valley. First visit a7th century temple "Jambay Lakhang" built by a Tibetan King, Songtsen Gonpo. From here we will drive to Kurjey Monastery, where the great tantric saint Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) meditated and subdued a local deity known as Shelging Karpo. Leaving the car we'll hike to Tamshing Lakhang, a 15th century classic temple. You can also stop by for the famous Cheese, Honey and other local products. Halt overnight at Hotel.

Day 07
Bumthang –Mongar

Morning visit Jampa lakhang , oldest temple in Bhutan date back from 7th century, Today's 6 hr drive is widely regarded as the most spectacular in all of Bhutan. We pass through diverse vegetation, starting in lush pine forest, rising to hemlock, and dropping down to broad leaf forest. We pass through the Ura valley to enter Thrumsingla National Park, Alt: 3780m. where we find numerous varieties of rhododendron. The road then drops down to the small village of Sengkor, makes a steep descent through Namling, past a water fall to the Kurichu valley. On the drive you can see Capped Langur , great Horn Bill and Rhesus monkey, we then climb to Mongar , a unique eastern town where we will spend the night. Alt: 5,168ft.

Day 08
Mongar – Tashigang

Our drive today is a short one! We drive east for about 4 hr through Korila Pass and Yadi to reach Tashigang. The drive climbs gradually with scenic views of scattered villages, field of corn and mustard on the way to Yadi. You will encounter Yellow billed Blue magpie, Wood packer and lots of laughing Thrushes, beyond Yadi, the switchbacks nicknamed "Yadi Loops" take us through forest of chir pine down to the banks of Sheri Chhu River and on to Tashigang town. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09
Tashigang – Samdrup Jongkhar

From here we start our 7 hr journey to the border town of Samdrup Jongkhar, a very interesting drive through Sherubtse College, Khaling and Wamrong. In Khaling, we will visit a weaving studio that is operated by the Women's Association of Bhutan. The fabrics here are among the highest quality produced in Bhutan and are for sale at very reasonable prices. With more leisurely pace with diverse vegetation and scenery, we will encounter Great Horn bill, Capped Langur and Barking deer and reach to border town Samdrup Jongkhar. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10
Samdrup Jongkhar - Guwhati - Kaziranga National Park

After breakfast, we leave Bhutan to make the 7hour drive along Assam's plains through the colorful city of Guwhati to Kaziranga National Park, the home of over 1500 one horned rhinoceros and other rare species of wildlife. Our drive will pass close to the mighty Brahma Putra River and through an interesting area known for its tea and rich flora and fauna. Overnight at the Resort, conclude day with tribal dances performed by villagers.

Day 11
Kaziranga – (Elephant ride / Jeep safari)

We will start this day with a 4:45am elephant safari. Travel by elephants allows us to view the numerous rhinoceros at a much closer distance than when travelling by vehicle. We may encounter Tiger also and back to resort. After breakfast we will take a morning drive by jeep to see other wildlife. Lunch will be followed by a visit to the nearby villages to experience their lifestyle. Afternoon Jeep saferi towards riverside to spot river dolphins and other wild life. Overnight at Resort.

Day 12
Kaziranga National Park – Guwahati / Delhi

Today we will make the 4 hour drive back to Guhawati. We will then proceed to the airport and board a flight for Delhi, on arrival you will be met by our Guide and drive to Hotel at Delhi. After refreshment, sightseeing around historical sites and market of Delhi and other places of interest. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 13
Delhi – Delhi (day excursion to Agra)

Day excursion to Agra will take you 5 hr round trip. The Taj Mahal of Agra was built by Emperor Sha Jahan as a memorial for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The spectacular mausoleum was designated a world heritage site in 1983. Resume your drive to Hotel.

Day 14
Delhi

You will be drop to Air port and board a flight for onward destination.
